A real estate leader in Chicago, Robert Palley is a co-founder and partner at Granite Realty Partners, LLC. Since helping to establish the real estate investment and development firm in 1998, Robert Palley has managed to acquire and develop more than $1 billion in properties. In addition, he negotiates potential real estate opportunities and matters of capital structuring.

Previously, he spent over six years as the vice president of Jupiter Realty Corporation in Chicago. At this firm, he developed upwards of one million square feet of retail space and more than 500,000 square feet of retail property he acquired for Jupiter Realty Corporation.

Robert Palley studied biology as an undergraduate at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. After graduating with his bachelor of arts in 1980, he continued his education in a finance program. He graduated from Northwestern with his master of business administration in 1983. In addition to his leadership responsibilities with Granite Realty Corporation, he is an active member of the Chicago Board of Realtors.
